Colombia – Medium roast
This is great stuff. For those that don’t know, Nestor Lasso is a big name in specialty coffee in Colombia, with his entire farm split up into micro lots, with all processing done to make top-shelf specialty coffee. Great service from the team to ensure quick delivery too.

Beautifully balanced and delicious taste Disclaimer: Not an expert. I drink a coffee a day using Aeropress and this coffee (fine ground) yielded the best cup of coffee so far. The taste is so comforting and balanced. If you prefer you coffee with less acidic notes you should give this one a try. Really pleased with it

This coffee has an unique and very distinctive taste. Very good body and acidity. One of the best I have ever had if not the best.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of 35+ euros. This includes shipping to most of the countries within the EU, making it easy for you to enjoy our freshly roasted coffee anywhere in the region.

We give back to the communities that grow our coffee through various initiatives such as donating a portion of our profits, supporting local cooperatives, and investing in education and training programs.

We work closely with our green bean providers to ensure they have direct relationships with coffee farmers and communities committed to sustainable and ethical practices. We regularly perform cupping and tasting sessions to evaluate our coffee’s quality and flavor, making necessary adjustments to our roasting and brewing processes. We roast our beans in small batches to ensure that they are fresh and maintain their unique flavor profiles.

We roast our coffee just before shipping to preserve its unique flavors. Coffee reaches its peak taste within the first few weeks after roasting, but it might need a day or two to rest. Recently roasted coffee releases a lot of CO2, which can impart a bitter taste. We invite you to try the coffee each day and discover the evolution of flavors.

Store your coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. This will help preserve the freshness and flavor of your coffee.

Grind your beans just before brewing to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.

Experiment with different brewing methods to find your preferred taste and aroma. You can try methods like French press, pour-over, or espresso.

Consider the roast level of your coffee and the recommended brewing method. For example, darker roasts are typically better suited for espresso while lighter roasts are better suited for pour-over or drip brewing.
