We wanted to create something different and unique in the coffee industry. We started with the coffee communities in mind, recognizing their hard work and dedication to producing high-quality coffee. From there, we set out to create a sustainable and responsible business model that supports farmers and their communities while also providing fair prices for everyone involved in the supply chain.
Hey there! I’m Alvaro, the founder of Alpaca Coffee Roasters. My coffee journey started as a barista at Starbucks many years ago. Later, I managed the Coffee Museum in Cusco, Peru, where I got to dive deeper into the coffee world, met farmers, and explored their farms. After making my way to Europe, I wanted to share my love for coffee, its stories, and its incredible flavors. But I always found it very difficult to find the right coffee for me. And so, Alpaca Coffee Roasters was born.
We’re slowly but surely growing, with big plans on the horizon. Your support means the world, and every bag of coffee is made with a lot of care and passion.
